Saltcorn is amazing. It really needs to start growing a community that can work together to help enhance and promote it. At the moment, the only options are to try to discuss things via Github issues or here in the forum. Github isn't the proper place and the forum... well, the forum needs work. You can't search. Every entry says "No row selected" which gives a terrible impression of the software. It's just not a good solution.
We need a Slack or Discord server! Somewhere we can discuss issues and get/give assistance. I'd set one up myself but I think it would be best if Tom or someone else officially related to the Saltcorn project did so.
Or, I'd be happy to do it if Tom doesn't have the bandwidth. :-)

Agree! I'm in desparate need for a place to ask questions. I'm very new to Saltcorn but immediately seeing how powerful it is.
Hello ScottD, you're absolutely right, I've already created a saltcorn-unofficial group on discord, but I don't have much time to administer such a group, I will gladly transfer the permissions. As I wrote earlier on the forum, there is very little information and tutorials would be very useful, short examples of certain solutions, over time regular users will help new ones, I myself do not know javascript, so it is difficult for me to solve some problems myself. If you would like to manage the channel on discord, please contact me

That's a great point, first things first, a great community starts with a great forum.
Would be awesome to have a Discourse forum for Saltcorn, this one doesn't seems feasible.
Would like to know how can I contribute this way.
I kind of like the Saltcorn forum being built with Saltcorn. But yeah, this thing needs work. Discourse is really nice and I'd be happy to spin one up if nobody else is eager to do it.
